Les Misérables

Vincent Lindon and Tahar Rahim hit the big screen in 2026 in Fred Cavayé’s action-skewed adaptation of Les Misérables.

Lindon (Cannes Best Actor winner THE MEASURE OF A MAN, TITANE) stars as Jean Valjean, the hero of Victor Hugo’s 1862 classic novel who transforms from hardened ex-convict and parole breaker to benevolent industrialist. Rahim (César winner for Best Actor A PROPHET, MONSIEUR AZNAVOUR, THE MAURITANIAN)) plays his nemesis Inspector Javert, who becomes obsessed with tracking him down.

The cast also includes LNoémie Merlant (PORTRAIT OF A LADY ON FIRE, TÁR) plays Fantine while Camille Cottin (CALL MY AGENT!, HOUSE OF GUCCI, A HAUNTING IN VENICE) and Benjamin Lavernhe (MARCHING BAND) portray the infamous Thénardier. Rising stars Megan Northam (RABIA) and Vassili Schneider (THE COUNT OF MONTE CRISTO) take on the roles of Cosette and Marius alongside Marie Colomb (THE BEASTS) as Eponine and Louis Peres (THE SENTINELS) as the young Valjean.
