Bad Apples

Bad Apples, starring Saoirse Ronan, is a satirical thriller produced by Pulse and directed by Jonatan Etzler.

An adaptation of Rasmus Lindgren’s debut novel De Oönskade, the film follows Maria (Ronan), a teacher who makes a series of bad decisions, culminating in her accidentally taking and locking an unruly student in her home, leading to an unexpected positive response from staff and her class’ parents alike as the class starts flourishing without this “Bad Apple”.
